SUMMARY OF THE JOB:
The Admissions Contact Center Specialist position supports university-wide enrollment efforts for both the on ground and online programs by providing a high volume of recruitment-related call and email support to prospective students. The Admissions Assistant will also be required to display the highest levels of personal integrity and intelligence.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Utilize various forms of communication to contact prospective students.
- Deliver approved phone script to prospects and in order to better serve interested prospects in their application process, transfer to an Admissions Professional.
- Identify and overcome objections faced, while keeping the prospects best interest a top priority.
- Provide excellent customer service; build excitement and rapport with potential students.
- Accurately document all outgoing/incoming prospect activity within Campus Vue CRM (Customer Relationship Management Program).
- Make a minimum number of outgoing calls/activities in order to meet or surpass productivity metrics.
- Demonstrate desire to succeed within a team environment.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
PREFERRED:
- Minimum of an Associate Degree from an accredited college/university.
- Call center & sales experience.
- Fluent in Spanish.
REQUIRED:
- High School Diploma.
- Must have excellent attendance.
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work afternoons, evenings, and occasional Saturdays.
