Job Details:
- Contact prospective students via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Deliver approved scripts and transfer interested prospects to Admissions Professionals.
- Build excitement and rapport with potential students while providing exceptional customer service.
- Document all prospect activity accurately in Campus Vue CRM.
- Meet or exceed productivity metrics through consistent outreach.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team and actively participate in our student mentor program.
What We’re Looking For:
- Required:
- High School Diploma.
- Excellent attendance and customer service skills.
- Ability to work afternoons, evenings, and occasional Saturdays.
- Preferred:
- Associate Degree or higher.
- Call center and/or sales experience.
Skills & Attributes:
- Outstanding communication skills (phone and face-to-face).
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
- Motivated, adaptable, and passionate about student success.
